The European Tom and Jerry: The Classic Collection (DVD, 159 episodes), which have minimal censoring and 4:3, but better quality.

The Chinese TV-rips (with English audio) on 10 DVD's (140 episodes), which are completely uncensored but all in 4:3 (so the CinemaScope ones are cut) and not very great quality.
